Slow living & cooking

Our experience begins with a two-hour guided walk through the village streets, exploring traditional Saxon architecture, old orchards and stories of rural life. We also visit the hilltop fortress and its Romanesque basilica, one of the village’s most remarkable historic landmarks.

The walk is followed by a cooking demonstration at a Local Gastronomic Point, where our hosts prepare a traditional Transylvanian dish. Guests can watch, discover local ingredients and cooking techniques, and even lend a hand in preparing the meal.

We finish around the table, enjoying a traditional lunch featuring two main dishes prepared with local ingredients.
